servicing (where?)
I need to get my 998FE serviced, the bike is coming up to 6k/24m. Being it's the first Ducati I've owned, I am unsure of where to take it, in the South East/Kent area. I am well aware though there is places that rip people off. Is there somewhere local or do I need to go to Cornerspeed, long way away?
I know Pro Twins aren't far away, any good?
What are the prices for the service, I know it will be dearer than a C90 service!
Your help will be very welcome.

Pro twins , Yes they are very good. Probably noy the cheapest, but i've never had cause to complain. Their labour rate is cheaper than my local back-street non franchise shop. Ring around but i don.t think there is really much in it. A llarge chunk of the cost is service items. Petes the main man there and he does look after your pride and joy. And you know that the job is a good one.

Whens it due, mine may be heading north soon, or we could split the cost of a Nelly collection as I'm only 4 or 5 miles from you ......

Tec Moto is now being run by Mitch the mechanic, he did a top job on my 999. Apparently he's now concentrating his efforts on servicing rather than just supplying shiny bits. Seems like a honest bloke and seems to know his stuff, give him a go

I get mine serviced at a place in Kings Cross. The 6000 cost me £240 inc. parts. (new air filter, oil etc...nothing major)

Send me a U2U if you want details.

Nick
