Chain Length
Following on from the recent posts regarding gearing what about chain length, will i need to use varying lengths for different sprocket sizes?

On a similar subject what are folks running. Rivet link or split link. I have had a few nasty do's with split links but rivet ones are a bit of a pain.

As one chain size will cover most sprocket options worth using and therefore will only need changing when worn out I tend to go for a rivit link, that and the fact that a split link tried to kill me one day.
