916 battery filling.
Got my battery in the post for the 916 today. What do i fill it with ? and if it's acid, where do i source this ?

The battery should be all ready to go, maybe a quick charge.
Health and Safety regulations would not let a company supply a battery that needs the purchaser to mess around with acid.......

Can you not see any liquid inside...?

try a car parts wholesaler Steve. the battery will be dry. There's not many carriers that will transport the acid, definately not if the battery has been filled.

Not allowed to send battery acid though the post hence the battery being dry!

but do places usually charge for the service ?

Would it not have been easier to send it by Carrier?

We get Optima Batteries sent by carrier no problem, all ready to go.

if you didn't buy the battery of them why would they give you acid for free ?
