London Marathon this week end anyone

Any budding athletes participating in this years London Marathon. 35,000 runners, must be a few DSC members . For those that are doing it . Good luck and remember its pace that kills not distance. Bit like riding a bike .

I was going to go and watch it until the DD dates were released.

Yep running on Sunday - looking forward to it, great day out actually, shame you have to run for 4 hours.....

I'll try and get to Brands for the last two DD races..
