Oil type and grade

Im away from home and need to buy some oil to top up my ST4, i think it has a shell sticker that says use ultra 4. Can anyone please tell me what I need to get and can you get it from Halfords or even a shell filling station.

ultra 4 is fine and halfords have it - shouldn't think you'll find it in your average shell garage tho'
