Rollcentre laptimers @ Assen...

Anybody taking a beacon with them? I'm not sure there will be one fitted at the track as Rollcentre seems to be mainly used in the UK and I guess Alfano laptimers may be more used on the continent...

What do you reckon?

It's only an infra red beam.

Paul Payne pointed this out to me at Brands, and we worked the lap timer off a TV remote (in the pit garage).

Don't know if anyone has anything strong enough to trigger the lap timers at 80mph?

Will a TV remote do it???
