Cush Drive Removal 749/999 Rear Wheel?
I'm having my rims powdercoated black and have dropped them off at a local shop to have tyres and bearings removed.

They looked a little worried about the cush drive rubbers.

Any ideas on how these can be removed and reused?

I think they are very difficult to remove and possibly not re-usable

When mine were powder coated they did the wheels with cush drives left in without problems

I think the mounting containing the cush drives is bolted to the wheel? i seem to recollect there being bolts there.........still doesnt really help as you would want that powder coating as well!

If its any use, i had my wheels heated up to allow them to be pushed out.
