Any One Help Me ? 916 Running Problems

MY 916 HAS DEVELOPED A PROBLEM WERE ON START UP FROM HOT OR COLD IT WILL IDLE LOWER THAN NORMAL THEN GRADUALLY GET LOWER AND LOWER UNTIL IT CUTS OUT IN AS LONG A TIME AS THIS HAS TAKEN ME TO TYPE OUT.
ALSO DOWN ON POWER, CUTS OUT SOMETIMES WHEN DOWN CHANGING ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!!!!

HAD RECENT SERVICE PLUGS, OIL FILTER, OIL .

HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP

check if it's intermittently running on one cylinder

As already suggested try replacing the fuel filter, possibly could be the injectors in need of a clean.
