Help and advice please

The rear shock on my 748S (Showa) is now shot and the forks could do with being rebuilt.

Can anyone recommend someone in the Cambridgeshire area?

Don't mind travelling but would like to be able to notice the improvement.

p.s. any idea of costs to re spring the forks?

K-tech near Coalville, M1 J22 area, seem to get good reviews from public, trade and racers alike.
