Angry Front paddock stand
Does anyone else have one of the front paddock stands that has a fixed lug on one side and a threaded 'adjustable' lug on the other ? I do, and it's driving me nuts ! Everytime I try to get the front of the bike up, the adjustable side spins and I'm left supporting one side of the front end. In addition, the rubber sleeves that cover the 'pins' are next to useless 'cos they just get chewed up.
I must be doing something wrong !!
Please help !!

Yes I got one !! I have just done the NUT uptight ! The rubber sleves do get chewed up tho but my main problem was getting the spindle past the Bracket with the 2 rubber cover lugs ! I had to treat it to a session with the grinder !!

You cant lift the bike totally with an ABBA stand, as their "hingey" dosent fit with the fairing on.

I put mine on the abba stand and then use the front paddock stand to lift the front wheel - It aint going to fall off the abba stand!!!!
