No....

That is, they might fit your yokes if they're the same diameter and I think they are, but the ST2 forks are a completely different (and not quite so sophisticated) design at the top end of the fork leg so the pre-load adjusters are all wrong and.....

Probably not worth the hassle

I have a set of 40mm calliper forks
of my 748sp
but I guess you are looking for later ones ?

What it is, I'm buying a set of forks for my 748 project, they have 65mm bottom and looked like my 996 forks but the stantions were very pale almost silver(not gold like my 996's) and the caliper brackets weren't as dark either.
