Question 748r Marchesini on 996
Might be a daft question but can anyone confimr that the small wheels off a 748r that takes 180 for the rear, will take a tyre form a 996 (190) safely?

sorry, just wanted to make sure

The 748R wheels are not any smaller-still 5.5inch rear rim
The only difference is they are lighter as the spokes are shaved away more
therefore they are not homologated for two up riding
