Exclamation Servicing in Surrey. great work done
Just got my 996 back from Mike Dawson MDRacing in Ewell (near Chessington World of Adventures) from its 12.000 service. 1 rocker, 5 shimms, new clutch plates, basket and bearing, set the fuelling with the termis on, fit new machessini wheels, new renthal chain and sprocket (15-38) kit from B & C (what a service they offer free delivery and next day!!) Check the crank galley plus, loctite the alternator bolt, timing belts. plugs etc..

Plus you get all the parts he replaced back and photos of the work he has done. This is the biggest selling point for me as unless I do the work I am reluctant to trust any s0d.

Mike used to work full time for ducati south London but since their demises, has been doing the odd job to keep busy on testastretta’s and desmo’s.

Not going anywhere else again due to value for money, locality (5 miles) and work done.

P.S. the bike is so fresh and sharp now, I am having to re-learn it.

Mike did some final prep on my Desmodue bike. Great service, good prices, fast turnaround and he really went out of his way to get me out of a spot of trouble (I'd ruined my electrics). I would recommend him.

Thumbs up
I can highly recommend Mike.......

Took my 748R up to him prior to the IOM.

He went over EVERYTHING and ensured that the bike was exactly as she was intended to be. Prior to my ownership, someone had managed to f*uck up the fuelling, suspension, clutch etc. She came back a different bike. Whether MDR is comparable in pricing vs. the competition is neither here nor there - if you want your Ducati fettled by the best - call Mike.

Top guy, I've used him for 3-4 years (998S), always a top guy, just wish he was closer to me.
