Unhappy Warning lights up grade help
My poor old 900ss is showing her age with among other things the warning light cluster.
During day light it is virutaly impossible to tell which lights are on. They all work but are not bright enough to show through the tired plastic face.
I have had the cluster out and cleaned all the lamps and lenses but to no avail.
Any ideas for a quick cheap fix ? I cant be the only one with this problem can I.
Thanks Kev

Fit a nice GPS SatNav unit over the top of them so you can't see them - just like Rally You'll be able to check which way the road ahead goes !

I have a cunning plan......

How about replacing the standard bulbs with 'SupaBright' LED's. Just solder them in. They come in all colours and sizes and you can pick them up at Tandys / Radio Shack etc.

If you can't see those then you must have a really dark visor......

Do the monster ones fit the SS? They seem to be slightly brighter.
Most of the time I have no idea when my indicators on or head light on main beam.
Still it could be worse, at least I dont own a BMW GS old mans bike thingie.

You mean ... you take notice of warning lights !!!

Just stick some gaffer tape over them
