Magnesium wheel repainting
Can anyone recommend a firm that can paint/powder coat mag wheels. Do they need to be rechromated etc., Likely costs? I recall there was a thread that said that dymag did this but how do you conatct them and has anyone nay experience of teh quality of what they do. ps I recall someone saying they crack test and ditch your wheels if flawed... any other gen on this topic.

many thanks

You will be wanting http://www.dymag.com/ ...and yes if flawed you will get them back with a few holes drilled in them....although i don`t think it`s to help reduce weight even more!!!!

Thanks guys. Have e-mailed Steve and Dymag for further info. Now I am wondering whether to go for a repaint of silver on the 10 spokes (like the original 5 spokes on the 998R) or go for gloss back - any views?
