Chips
I've brought a second hand ECU for my bike (nothing wrong with my one just a spare if i ever need it ) and it has got a Sigma Performance chip in it, is it ok to just take the chip out and try it in my bike or does anything else have to be changed with it ?

Well it all depends on the map installed in the chip you want to try...it maybe be blank, corrupt or one which has been tweeked.
You need to ask the previous owner about it.

If you want to risk putting it in the bike, then go ahead and try it.

It may well have anumber on the top of it...take a look and let me know which one it is ?
