Nissan Serena
Has anyone got one?
I think it would be a good cheap alternative to the Kia Sedona (which is really not in my budget...). There are plenty of Serena between £1K and £2K and I might fit the DD bike in it.
So my question is can anyone give me the internal dimensions (width and height) of the said car?

Cheers
Tonio.

I`m positive its van derived anyway, Hve you tried to google group it??
What about a mazda bongo frendee, Do a search for them on the net, quite a few are finding ther way to the uk now, Used mostly by surfers as they are the new VW camper, My old fella has just got one, Would easilly fit a dd bike in it and has living space too, i would have thought you could shop sensibly and get one for about the 2k mark

Cheers Glyn, had never heard about that one. It seems very similar to the Serena but unfortunately much more expensive A quick search on Autotrader and the cheapest one is more than £3K... The Serenas are way cheaper (less than £1K for the cheapest ones). Anyway thanks for the input, much appreciated

The only problem with the Serena is that it's very very s l o w I seem to recall that 0 - 60 mph takes around 26 seconds even when empty! Apart from that they seem reasonably sound.

Yea but Auto trader is for the optimist, Ebay is for the realist.

That's the one for me
Thanks for the article mate, looks like it's not a race van

Spending £2k on a Mazda Bongo is going to get you a pile of cr.ap antoine. You need to be splashing out £4k for one of them.

As for the Serena... the build quality is reputed to be poor, the spare parts are expensive too. But there's plenty of room inside, certainly enough for a bike and kit.

I know a renault espace for sale
