i am guessing you might be able to get somethng sorted directly with Dianese, other than that find your local leather repair place. We have one up here that's good, but mayeb a bit far to be worth it for you.

What about MJK/Crowetree etc, they do repais as well I think?

I have a warranty issue with Dianese but no idea who to contact, will have to find time to go back to the store.

I bought a Dianese goretex jacket with two side pockets labelled as '100% waterproof' it would appear that they are waterproof from the inside out as the water gets in but not out again either that or as has been suggested .. its actually the label that is waterproof, not the pocket.

Basically means my phone went swimming and died a slow death

Sounds familiar, Why make the jacket waterproof and not the pockets. You would think the pockets would have some sort of priority in the dryness department as they are used for putting things in.

Have now started to keep a re-sealable bag in the pockets to keep stuff dry.

For any Dainese zip and/or stitching repairs, warranty or otherwise, they will end up at Nine Lives in Farnborough in a small industrial unit behind Infinity.

I had the two 'bib' zips replaced by them on my Bora suit last month. Back in a week and excellent workmanship; here are the details;

Nine Lives

Andy, I believe you have a two year warranty so take them back to where you bought them and they'll get sorted by Nine Lives.
