Talking Goodbye.
All, just thought I would say thanks and goodbye. After 3 years with the 999 I have decided that for my biking style and needs I wanted something else. Hence all the bits for sale!

I still have a few things that I may post i.d.c. like paddock stands etc; and my leathers are still on the for sale items I noticed.

I have kept Italian and I have kept to a twin. No it's not an Aprillia I am getting, its a Moto Guzzi Griso.

I am sure some of you will have fun with that! I have heard most of the pipe and slippers comments but I like it, it's great and it floats my boat; so dont be looking down your nose at me!

So thanks all - I know I have not been the most active of members but I have dipped in and out in the past year or so, done the odd dsc track day, enjoyed the banter and serious technical advice when needed.

Ciao! KP

Hope you get to enjoy many more years of biking and maybe one day in the future you may again be tempted by Ducati ownership

Nothing wrong with a Griso KP, it's a twin and it's Italian-I quite fancy a California myself, but that would be to add to the ST4S, 1000SS, and 2 Saturno's.

Sorry to hear you won't be out there with the DSC again, just ahead of me at Brands and causing me to go into Druids way too hot to get past you I think I could have got past you on my new 749 no trouble, that's if you made the move up to inters, of course

Good choice of bike though. Certain BHCN members were drooling over them at the BMF, I believe

Good luck and keep in touch, Kerry.

PS have you sold your track fairings? I know they were a bit trashed from - was it Jerez - but if memory serves, they were black.

Well forget about the pipe and slipper remarks. I was brought up on a cocktail of 748SPS, 998S and 999s then went out an bought an S4RS just because I fancied the change, but I have to say, as mad as the bike is it still leaves me wanting which is why if the 1098 is all it is cracked up to be the monster is history.
