That is very sad, isn't it? As you said on your other thread, you were jealous of all the bikes going by whilst you were working, but things like this just remind you how dangerous it can be and maybe being at work is the safer option.

Nah,that sorta thing never stops me from riding,..it just reminds us we are all mortal.

Yes, it's very sad. Just reminds that roads on home turf that you think of as familiar old friends can suddenly turn round and bite you.
