Trouser reccomendations please
I already have a pair of leather trousers and some Draggin jeans but after last winter and fighting with my all in one waterproof suit everytime it looks like rain I think want some "Cordura" trousers. My preference is for quality and comfort, unfortunately I need 42/44" waist with 31" inside legs so that will limit my choice but I would be grateful to hear other peeps experiences/personal product reviews.

Does anyone have them made to measure ?

I've riden through the winter at 6am M25 wearing Hein Gerricke Master 4's with no lining in them, warm, waterproof and comfortable.
I now use Rukka stuff which is a bit more expensive, so it depends on your budget.

Make no compromises - RUKKA RUKKA RUKKA

For safety, warmth, monsoon proof, comfort and a 5yr guarantee that they stick by in my experience.

Couple of UK sites have the trouser and jacket range on offer at the moment - try Reddog Motorcycles - but there are other retailers.

I use hien gerrick. Two year guarantee of some waterproofs and 5 years on the voyager range. I've currently got the maxwell trouser and so far they are waterproof and breathable. So much better than my frank tomas ones.

It is useful to get trousers that can be washed and tumble dried.
Rukka ones can - in fact it keeps them in good condition. I have some and they are great.

I also have some Ducati/Dainese ones that are lovely and warm and waterproof but cannot be put in washing machine or tumble drier - USELESS!

Get RUKKA! They also cater for "ample" waists and shorter leg lengths.
