Ain't life strange sometimes...

For 3 seasons I have been sponsoring a guy called Jay Fernandez. He started in SS400, then supertwins and this year National Superstock.

Anyway there have been a few funny things:

When he was riding the supertwin (Ducati 998) he had some artwork done and sent me some. Done by noneother than our own Guy Cope (Guido)

The bike I believe is now owned by Monsieur Guenet (Philippe).

The biggest strange thing happened yesterday. His mum emailed me to say he had been accepted for the R6 cup next year which was great. A few email exchanges later and she puts a ps on the bottom just saying by the way that if anyone I know wants a decent bike chain and lock he can get them cheap as he has just trained as a locksmith. He had to find something self employed so he could race but has missed Yellow Pages deadline so scraping around for work.

The weird thing is here I am in my rented office in the headquarters of a national locksmith company who subcontract all their work out and they are desperate for people in his area.... So heres hoping it works for him!
