Not realy Otto. i had some PVM f/f disc's on my old bike. Movement was about 2-3mm, but once they got hot under use this came down to 0-1mm.

Cheers Jon
When it comes to MOT time, I know the tester will probably have a good old head scratching session. I wouldn't mind some kind of documentary evidence to prove that they are OK. Obviously once a pattern of wear sets in, the wear will increase exponentially, but I dont think I'm at that point yet!

My old superlight failed it's MOT because the tester said there was too-much float on the front disks. When I asked him what the limit was, he said it was his "opinion" and there was no defined limit?? The same bloke failed the same bike for being too loud with the standard pipes on a year later, again it was his opinion as he had no DBA tester!.........needless to say, I haven't been back there since
