Batteries...Contacts / Manufacturers etc.
Since I'm deep in battery acid at the moment searching for an upgraded unit I thought I might as well post some of the info I've found so far....

OEM Supplier - Yuasa....

http://www.yuasabatteries.com/search.asp
(USA site - better than the UK one)

Exide

http://global.exide.com/index.asp

Varta

http://www.varta-automotive.co.uk

***Varta seem to have come up with a good alternative so far***

Bosch

http://www.boschautoparts.co.uk/pcBatt5.asp?c=2&d=1

and two good dealers (in terms of prices mind) that I have found so far....

MDS

http://www.mdsbattery.co.uk/departme...partmentID=155

BFM

Happy Searching

I just bought an Odyssey for the 996 (PC680) although it doesn't quite fit and I had to 'encourage' it to stay there.

Great battery though - not cheap however ..

yeah I could have I guess - I was in awe of the cranking capacity etc of the PC680 and was overcome with lust!

ahem ...

I'm going to be doing more short trips so I thought it prudent to go the whole hog - so to speak ink: (damn : o i n k : )
