quick release fuel fittings
im a ****,broke mine today moving the tank,any tips on the easy way to get the broken bit out of the tank,and how much the new ones are????

I seem to remember the little o rings on the release fittings are about 15 quid, cant remember if that was each or for a pair.

Thats the fun of a duke.......... waiting to find out how much the next spare costs. Mind you to be fair not all bits are mega expensive.

I can top that, mine were 7cents (0.7 Euros) each to replace, thats about 4p in your money!!!!

£15??? I'm gonna start importing 'em!!!

if 7cents equals 0.7 euros what does 70 cents equal.
I usually buy 4 or 5 O-rings at a time always useful to have a few spares.
I had to remove a broken coupler from the fuel pump once. Waited until I got the new one to check the thread size then drilled it out to core size then managed to dig the rest out with a sharp scriber, came out like a small plastic spring.
