Shell ultra oil for 749
Anyone know a decent retailer of Shell Ultra for my 749. I only need a litre to do an oil filter change.

Cheers

I was wondering that?

I've seen it in Shell service stations although its a while since I put Shell in a ducati engine. My old CB5 takes whatever I have lying around once a year and after a season of thrashing, hardly uses a drop, although I wouldn't use it for my chips when I'm finished with it.

CHRIS, i will check which oil i need and get back to you.

FOR INFORMATION- you can do an oil filter change on 749/999 bike without losing any oil, you just have to fill the oil filter with oil before you refit it the new one.

cheers

You can do an oil filter change on any engine without loosing oil if you tip it up so that the oil filter is on the top
