had a look at one of these in my local bike shop bit of a big beast!! 240 profile rear tyre with an 8 inch rim !!! and 147lb of torque at 2500rpm apparently it accelerates quite fast

Why?
Well if you were on a certain ride out with the Hants DSC group last summer approaching the Percy Hobbs from the Alton direction you'd have seen why!!! When a Honda Valkyrie can do a fly-past at that speed with the rider sat bolt upright behind a glorified "fly screen" you WILL see why!
