ride height adjustment
Hi folks, following my recent mis-hap, I have had to do something about the ride height on my baby. I have taken it nearly to the lowest pioint. My question is, I have 3 clear, ie I am on the 4th, rings showing on the top of the forks, should I lower this another ring to compensate? I think my 748 was set up that way, but cant be sure. Also, I have about 3cm of sag on the rear - is this about right or should I up it, bearing in mind the issues I have with the seat height?

Cheers

3cm of sag at the back sounds a bit much.
Just been playing with the sag on a mille and we settled for 12mm on the back, 22mm on the front.

I've got most of tomorrow off if you want a hand with anythink paul.

Nah mate, 12mm was the difference between the bike resting upright on its own, no rider, and then the back wheel lifted off the ground.
So maybe your 3cm was about right.

Excellent guide in the rag this week, how did it compare to Weeksy's settings?
