I'm running 10K for a very worthy cause - sponsorship plea...
Myself and my wife Karen are running a 10k in aid of cancer research at the weekend and we'd really appreciate any sponsorship and donations.

All contributions very gratefully received for this very, very worthy cause.

Details here; http://www.run10ksponsorme.org/karenhoward75

Many thanks in advance
Tim

A very worthy cause, too many people I know are suffering or have suffered with this hideous disease.
I have been fighting my own personal cancer battle for over a year now.Its been pretty tough, and its still not over yet.I'll be going into hospital soon for a stem cell transplant.Cant say I'm looking forward to it,but with any luck,I'll be out for christmas.

Many, many thanks to those that sponsored us for our run yesterday. The weather was very kind to us, albeit a little windy, but we really enjoyed the experience and raised lots of money for an extremely worthy cause.

Many thanks
Tim and Karen
