Hi from a \'new\' boy...........
Hello all,
having been a member of the club for almost a year I thought it only right that I finally say hello, having enjoyed reading the site for the last couple of years. Perhaps it's the frustration of not being able to ride for a while....bike being repaired and cruciate ligament re-attaching itself to my tibia, having been knocked off from behind by a myopic driver!http://217.199.188.40/xmb/images/smilies/sad.gif
I'm looking forward to meeting many of you, and will make contact with the Dorset crew soonhttp://217.199.188.40/xmb/images/smilies/bouncy.gif

Hello PB, and welcome.

I had my cruciate ligament detatch itself some years ago, and it takes a while to heal.... I was off two wheels for 6 months, so I sympathise. Was told not to ride for longer, but what do them quacks know! I remember when I turned up at a physio appointment with the new bike - she went totally fruitcake on me - it was quite funny

Might see you at popham one day, or maybe I'll venture down to poole quay sometime. Do you join that meet?

nb

Hi PB,

Welcome and hello.

Sorry to hear about your woes with you're legs, and hope everything is sorted. As you may guess from my signature, I'm the joint Dorset Region Coordinator.

Tomorrow we're meeting at St Leonards, for a ride down to Westbay, meeting at 11am. We normally meet for our rides on the third Sunday of each month, as well as riding out to the Hants and Oxford meets as examples. You are more than welcome to meet up with us tomorrow. Also, on the second Tuesday we meet down at the Quay, info can be found on below link.

If you've not seen yet have a look at this

Dave W also helps me run the region, although his computer is feeling ill at the moment....

What do you ride by the way?

You can contact us at. Mail us or post you’re e mail addy so I can add you to our mailing list.

Hope to see you soon,

Mark
