Apprantly as far as the goverment is concerned i dont own any bikes only a car and a van after all thats all there was in the options in the census so i would use that as my defence

If they had all have ridden past and not stopped as they were not involved in the accedent would they have got done ? makes you wonder if your out with a m8 and a car hits him, do you stop to act as a witness and help and risk getting done or do you keep going as you were not directly involved ?
