Been trying to download a set of this years rules but it wont happen for some reason....can any kind soul email me a pdf or any version of them please?

Have you tried right clicking the links and using "Save Target As"

No Paul, just maybe loaning a bike to someone....gotta make sure it complies, and doesnt make more than 53rwbhp whatever dyno it goes on ! Lol.....

Lol....then you'll be disqualified like anyone else with more than 53 !
