So long...........
...........and thanks for all the fish!*

A 4th and a 6th may not have been as good as my first (and only!) win back in 2006 at Castle Combe but I had two good races to finish the season and my DD career.

Thanks to Neil for being a gent and allowing me to complete a finely-judged pass under braking into the last chicane in race 1 , and to Dallas for using his race 1 winnings to pay the marshals to wave yellow flags in race 2 to stop me doing it to him

It's been great racing, drinking and taking the pi88 with you all over the years and hopefully I'll get to some meetings next year.

Depending on the interest in Class A for next year, I'll either be breaking or selling the bike so I may be back on here again later.

Bye for now

Paul

* From the late Douglas Adams for all you under 40s in DD.....

Paul

15th year in DD #68 and getting slower by the year

1199, SS800 & 620SSie DD racer

I thought you already had A bike.

Shall miss you Paul, winter is long so I have also to make a decision, Alan is retiring so that puts me back to the oldest gerryhatrick.

sorry not to see you on the track next year Paul. Not that I saw you very well this year . I do hope you get into the paddock to encourage those doing next year.

Indestructable and always a smile.

Been a pleasure to share a track with you in days of yore, Paul.

Been good racing with you Paul, although I did see far more of you when I was on a 583.
Tim's discription says it all
Some unforgetable DD moments including the re-shaped tank at Donington, the re-shaped bike and aerobatics at Druids and the WIN at Castle Combe to name a few
