Ducati don't make a repair kit as such for the 996 clutch master cylinder, but i understand from some sources that you can by the piston seal and rubber end boot from Ducati. I have tried a couple of dealers who don't have part no's for those.

Does anyone know if i can get those two bits from them or even is there an aftermarket repair kit available?
