Title,,
I noticed that bradders wrote that it's points that count at the end of the year If it's the title I'm after,,,,,, and I felt that perhaps it seems that it is the title i'm after.
in 2009, my first year of racing I did quite well I think I was 5th or 6th, in class B but that didn't matter, I'd had a fantastic year, the best of my life probably I always did my best and tried mu hardest but every result was brilliant whatever it was,
in 2010 I saw that everybody who finished above me in 2009 had moved up to A or retired from racing, and that's where it all went wrong for me, because I did have my eye on the title, I couldn't see it going any other way but as you know Matt Larrett took the title by finishing every race on the podium, and in trying too hard to catch up I spent half the time sliding down the track on my arse. It was a strange year, loving racing but only when I won,,,,,
in 2011 my No.1 goal was to be safe and not hurt myself, as you know that didn't quite go to plan either,
What I really want from this year is some of the fun and excitement that 2009 brought me, so, this year I have decided not to make any plans or assumptions. I certainly have not set my hopes on the title, because I have learned the hard way that it is no fun at all if you can't live up to your wishes, and it bloody hurts if you try that little bit too hard!
so,,,,, lets just see what happens.,,,
It's nice to see Matt Larrett back on a bike. (now that I've forgiven him)
