Cable manufacturers
Can anyone name any throttle cable manufacturers local to them, Somewhere with the bit of kit for putting the nipples(sorry) on the end of the cables?

They can be soldered on as they are usually made of brass.
Is there a classic bike shop near you?
They are usually a good source of this sort of stuff.
Failing that, try
Venhill Cables
who are based in Surrey.

Off Road bike shops usually have the required kit to make this sort of stuff up.
Try John Lee in Higham Ferrers

If anyone else is ever looking I have got lots of work done by Venhill. Top crew, quick service and cheap.
