I'm trying to get in contact with JHP to get information/directions/confirmation for sending in my rockers for replating. However, they are not responding to email.

Are they really busy or are their mail system down?

Not beeing a native speaker, I really prefer email.

Anyone going in there, tell them to respond to my emails (uffe748r)
