Big up to WM Snells in Alton

Just a quick note to recommend snells. Its the only 'authorised' dealer that have left me satisfied in the servicing of my still in warranty dukes.

Arrive 4 hours late with the trailer, "no problem sir - we'll work things around for you". They come out and spend time looking round the bike, noting things that need looking at and asking me how I was getting on with it (the S4R).

Call me ahead of schedule to tell me its ready, took me through what they'd done with a fine toothcomb, and even charged me £16 less than they'd quoted !! They even noted on my invoice that they acknowledged a couple of tiny chips on the casings , in the event that the casing paint deteriorated and it needed looking at under warranty.

They just seemed like a good family outfit and its always good when they take an interest in what your ride.

We should all be enjoying customer service like this as the norm when you consider the prices we pay. In my own experience we dont - and I normally cant wait for my bikes to come out of warranty so they can go to Louigi and get looked after properly !!

Recommended.

Nat

I doubt it'll get that close Natty, but with £1 off my next service, from each recco (sucessfully come in) that I've nailed them to - plus my DSC discount - the 12,000 miler due in January ought to be saving me a few pennies

trouble is, after that, Her Majesty is out of warranty, so AK then takes over......

but, after our shopping trip last week, we are going to be seeing them for another 18 months or so

Always had good service and friendly advice from Snells. Wish I could contribute more to their turnover by buying their black 999s.....
