The Ring - one for Mad Mav maybe??

Just wondering if anyone can help - I'm going out to the ring in July and was planning on going on my bike..... Last time i went in the car over Easter. Had a great time but was wishing I had my bike too

Anyway, could anyone tell me if I'm going to get through the noise testers that sometimes come out?? I've got a 748E with (I think) 45mm carbon Termi's on

Over Easter on the last day we saw some of the bikes being tested with noise(ometers) and a couple turned away..........

Thanks for any advice!!

We didn't encounter any problems just kept the revs down whilst around the car park and tried to look sensible.

Also back of a bit on the stretch between ExMuhle and Bergwerk as has been known for a bod to be on rhs of barrier with Db meter.
Worst case is normally pulled of after a couple of laps then go to adenaur for a visit to the ice-cream restaurant then go play on the roads. But not too close to the ring.

why not get a pair of decibel killers?

They're quite small (will fit in lugage easily) if you get a problem, pop them in, problem solved.

Stick a post up asking to borrow a pair, a few of the DD racers have them just in case for Castle Coombe which is done now so they might lend you them in exchange for beers.
