| Sticking 916 throttle
Ah so the saga continues, just when i thought all was perfect on the 916, now the damn throttle is sticking. Noticed it a couple of weeks ago and put it down to the self adjusting tickover, after a 80 mile ride (yeah i know its duke and they are not meant for round the world trips) i noticed the tickover wouldnt settle until revved hard. if cruising at about 4k the revs stick at 4k untill blipped hard. Bit damn dangerous that. Well off to inspect the cable but is there anything else to look out / check for while its in bits again ? |
