{icked up the following from the bbc via iomtt.com

Can you record programmes on Sky plus that are only available via the red button ?

A live preview programme from the paddock, Friday 15th May, BBC2 NI at 10.00pm.
The last 3 races broadcast live on Race Day - Saturday, 16th May - behind the red button.
Highlights shows on BBC1 Northern Ireland :-
Sunday 17th May BBC1 NI 10.20pm and Monday, 18th May 10.35pm also on BBC1 NI
BBC Newsline will report live during the week across all bulletins.

I have yet to find a way of using Sky + to record stuff off the red button, even whilst I am watching it!
