I've found the other half a Monster 620 and now need to make it 33BHP friendly, so far the options appear very limited, basically pay some mob £180 for a certificate, oh and two washers or faff around making a throttle stop and then obtaining a dyno print out to prove it produces the holy 33BHP, the first option sounds extreme on the pocket, the later a bit of a knees up in a brewery approach....Anyone else on here had to tread this path? Am I missing something, is there a more sensible and cost effective way? Any help be welcomed.. Scottie
Scott, Depending on the ECU I could probably lower the rev limit or another possibility is to rewrite the fueling map to stop it providing fuel after either a given throttle opening or a given amount of revs

Sounds like you may have bought the bike your brother was going to be breaking
Just tweak the power commander so it over fuels in every box thats associated with over 33 bhp, should then run fine until it hits those cells in the PC map, then it will go all wooly and the power drop off
