B class 600 monster
B class bike for sale as I have decided to move up to A class next year.
1995 Ducati monster 600 cc
Forks and rear shock resprung for a 100kg person ,1/4 turn throttle, jacked up rear suspension, twin front discs and calipers (calipers reconditioned last year), oil cooler, last year's B class winning engine, it came 3rd this year so very competitive, the engine has been stage 3 set up.
It has adjustable camshaft pullies, producing 49 bhp at the rear wheel (measured in March) but a lot more torque, 2 into one race exhaust. Race size battery, folding levers, aftermarket clutch slave cylinder etc paint work is a bit tired and some has lifted around the tank filler.
Current race tyres fitted so ready to race . But new timing belts and front pads would be benificial.
The V5 isn't in my name and the engine number is different as it was changed last year.
Options are -
1) Bike and a few spare body panels £1400
2) Bike, body panels, spare new rear sets, brake pad, exhaust silencer, a set of wheel and discs for wets, no tyres and anything else I find in my van/garage £1650.
3) Class B engine and carbs, later engine with rounded drove cogs, producing 49 bhp. Also spare barrels, heads and crankshaft. £400.
Might split up?
