Constant Power to Right Taillight

I messed up recently when I changed out the battery for my 2006 ST3s. First, I trusted the counter guy at the local automotive shop to give me the right battery. Second, because it looked different from the one I had previously, I accidently hooked up the cables backwards (positive to negative). I realized after about ten seconds and got it unhooked but it fried the resistors for my LED taillights and popped the battery fuse. I changed out the battery fuse and bought new resistors for my LED taillights. The right side now has constant power to it and I can't figure out why. I have checked every fuse and relay and they seem to be fine. Anybody have a suggestion?

It's got to be the flasher relay if it's on constantly... Maybe the switch gear too?
