exactly - if you like it enjoy it, you'll probably still be quicker than your m8 on his 1098. Just that when he gets in the bike park 2 minutes after you, don't be too upset when everyone looks at his bike not yours.

why ? will it stand out enuff for them to notice it amongst all the Jap stuff ?

Seems to me its progressed from the 916 rather than the 999,maybe its the bike they should have made in between!! From some angles i like it others not. But i do think it will appeal to the jap buying market.

Doogal.....I rekon with your bike and my bike we could almost make 1 of these !

Have to say, from the rear, mostly, I like it !! the 1098 that is (filthy minded peeps)

and just think of the great big bit of carbon I could replace that pipe heat guard with !!

I also think its nice they even dug out those ol' fashioned fuel cap toolings for the new bike to keep you happy, maybe it's s'posed to be Retro like the SportClssic etc ...............ha ha
