There are two throttle stop screws one on each throttle body, the easiest one to get to is the one by the throttle cam where the Cable pulls on.
It is a small set screw usually with yellow paint on it from when it was originally set, a small hex key is needed I think it is either a 2.5mm or 3mm one. as you screw it in it should push on the throttle cam and raise the revs

Thanks for this Skidlids.....however, a further question...if there is a screw on each throttle body, do they both have to be adjusted? I'm thinking that if only one is adjusted, it will throw the throttle bodies out of balance. Or am I completely wrong?

you would only need to adjust one and in all probability only one of the idle screws is in contact with the throttle body
Ducati prefer you to use the inner one as it is on the same spindle as the TPS but I prefer the easy to get to outer one. On my race bikes I have removed the inner ones
