decisions

What is it with politicians do they loose all sense of reality when they get voted in or are they just Tw--s to start with.

Ban hand guns for the law abiding the criminals dont play by the rules funny that.

spend a fortune of our money advertising on the spot fines for binge drinking then vote in 24hr drinking.

this one probably applies to other places as well
Worthing Bypass early 70s DoT buy up 200 odd houses for for A27 widening 12 months later gets thrown out at planning sell houses at auction and loose millions roll on 20 years buy back same houses at height of property boom again no planning permission sell houses when interest rates hit 17% for peanuts.
Sussex county council is paying consultants to find a cure for congestion after blocking both schemes.
oh well its only tax payers money and they can retire at 60!!!!

I normally have little dig at the Police (due to some pettiness small number plates etc) but it is very very sad about the rookies death at this time and is total waste of a life unfortunately the police are being told what prioritys to police and which minorities not to target,so after years of softly softly policing we are left with these armed gangs being virtually untouchable, and areas of cities that are no go zones to law abiding citizens and the police.

Dont you just love scocial experiments the people that have these bright ideas never have to live or pick up the results of their incompetence.

If the law would look the other way for a bit I'm sure me, you and a few others here could sort things out city by city.

too true mate, the fuzz know roughly who`s got the guns, but as soon as they crack down on the gangs, they get accused of targeting minorities.

The public sector is good at for "problem engineering" IMHO.

Someone makes some stupid decisions that cause a problem. They then say oh dear we need to do something about this terrible problem, you make sure everyone knows about the problem and how terrible it is. You then announce a plan to fix the problem. The problem gets fixed at great expense and everyone says how marvelous that the terrible problem that was "engineered" in the first place has been fixed, back slapping and bonuses all round.

700 new offences created by Tony and legislating cronies, no wonder the Police are struggling in some areas.

The ante is getting upped all the time, what comes first?, the crims armed to the teeth or Police looking increasingly like robo cop with increasing weaponry?? who is responding to who?

Ray.
