There is one of these in my local bike shop it's on an 04 plate twin discs and it's silver can't find it anywhere on the official ducati site and to be honest i didn't know they made an 800 SS...

I used a flat blade screwdriver under the hook...

I used a flat blade screwdriver under the hook and pull it out once it's hooked on the pipe. it also helps if you do the shorter one before you actually fit the the left hand pipe
