Get a 14tooth front sprocket on it , it takes ages to get anywere near top speed on std gearing ,the smaller sprocket takes a few mph off but it gets there before runing outa road...

Might be a good idea to insulate the garage before you go wasting a lot of heat ,get something on the floor ,that wil prob make the biggest difference ,stop any draughts as well , then get a heater :(

Buy new spring , take shock out , loosen two collars on top of spring take spring off ,then put new spring back on ,tighten collars ,put back on bike then set sag accordingly
