I would say you might as well remove the lot and lift the frame.

I removed mine by fitting ratchet straps to the cross beams in my garage, very easy to do it on your own then:rolleye:

Finally got it back today.

So far engine and right hand side of the electrics are in.
Picking the wheels up on Wednesday and hopefully my 50mm cans.
Need to send the bottom yoke away again as I hit...

Is there a torque setting for the top nut on the yoke, or can you do it as tight as you can, bearing in mind I don't have the correct tool!
